Manifest is proud to support our local artists!
Local artists can consign their CD's or DVD's to Manifest to make them available at retail to the local community. It's quick and easy to do by following a few simple steps.........
- All product must be professional in appearance. We will not accept “dubbed” cd’s with hand-written labels.
- Manifest reserves the right to establish the selling price based on internal guidelines.
- We will only accept CD's and DVD's on consignment; however, if you have other types of product you would like us to consider we will be happy to review it and determine if it is acceptable.
- We cannot accept bootlegs or other recordings that would infringe on the copyrights of others. We firmly believe that all artists and copyright holders deserve to be compensated for their creative works and unauthorized copying or sampling is no different than stealing.
- Consignment is defined as "pay as we sell" and payments will be made only on product that is sold to our customers.
- Under no circumstances do we make cash advances.
- All consignments become the property of Manifest if they are not closed out within 90 days of the consignment ending date. All consignments close out 90 days from the start date. Consignments can be renewed or discontinued at the end of each period.
- You must agree to enter into a binding consignment agreement that outlines the specific terms of the consignment.
- Product will be placed on our web site at no charge to you and we will be more than happy to include links to non-competing sites, video streams, or audio streams.
- We are more than happy to support any legitimate charity by offering your consignment directly to the customers at no profit to Manifest.
- Consignments can be included in any of our marketing efforts for an additional fee.
